Unilever HR is now looking for a Nordic HR Trainee to start autumn 2015.
Your role:
You will get the opportunity to learn and be a part of the daily operations of a Nordic HR function in a global world leading company. You will work closely with your HR colleges and our business leaders at all levels providing HR support on both strategic and operational level including talent and succession planning, recruitment, performance management, HR policies and processes, employee service and relations and business partnering.
You will get to lead, create and drive projects within:
• Talent & Recruitment
• Employee Engagement
• Employer Branding
• Learning & Development
• Reward & Benefits
• Workplace
• Health & Wellbeing
• Processes/policies on a Nordic level
You will have different placements during the program, including time at:
• Head Office ? global or regional
• Factory ? various locations
• HR expertise teams (ex. Reward, Learning & Development or Talent).
Your rotations could be based at different business units across Nordics & Europe and you will need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme.
This is what we look for:
We are looking for someone that has maximum of 2 years work experience within the HR and has a strong drive and passion for the HR business. We consider it an asset if you also have a Bachelor degree or a Master degree in HR.
Extracurricular activities, international experience and/or work experiences outside the academic world that displays your commercial awareness, your passion for HR, drive and leadership potential are highly valuated.
It is required that you are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages.
