We are looking for a truly passionate product and brand ambassador for Care by Volvo leasing model within our online business, to join our growing team based at Volvo Cars in Stockholm. Using your extensive data analytics capabilities, you will enable us to unlock ways to drive positive change and growth within customer onboarding. In this role you will report to the Head of Credit Risk.
What you'll do
As an Underwriting Operations Manager, you will manage a diverse team of Agents in five markets that are tasked with underwriting new product applications.
The scope of the role will include working with local market commercial teams to support onboarding processes, collaborating with digital teams to improve our tools and services as well as syncing with credit policy teams to recommend improvements to our automated decisioning and ensure that we are manually underwriting within our risk appetite.
In the role you will also be a mentor and train members of the Underwriting Operations teams, be a general point of contact around referral handling and regularly sync with local market representatives.
Maintenance and update of credit underwriting routines, as well as monitor referral volumes as well as our staffing to make sure that maintain our capacity to meet SLAs, is also your responsibilities.
Finally, you will act as a project manager within the Credit Risk area to support launching new markets and products, piloting new solutions or new data sources, improving processes.

We believe that your background and skills include leadership skills that enable you to lead, motivate and support a diverse team, with suitable education such as BSc degree (and above). You have obtained some years of work experience related to case management and underwriting work. Also you have some experience in presenting business case and communicating findings (in Excel, PowerPoint etc).
Furthermore you have a track record of leading projects and initiatives, setting goals and achieving results. And, you have working proficiency and communication skills in English, verbal and written.
As a person you are a curious team player, who enjoy learning how the business work end-to-end.
