Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel develops, produces and delivers hydraulic drive systems and services under the Hägglunds product brand. The products are known for being reliable, strong and for maintaining outstanding quality. Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel has about 400 employees and is part of the Bosch group. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer for Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel.
The group with Maintenance Engineers consists of four employees with different specializations and is part of our Technical functions department. The department consists of a total of about 20 people and also includes functions such as Tool Design, Property Engineers, Bosch Production Systems and Maintenance Technicians.
Job description
Our maintenance processes are based on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), we want you to improve and implement these processes through both theoretical and practical work in the organization.
As a Maintenance Engineer, performing operational safety analyzes will be an important part of your work. These analyzes will then lead to improvement proposals which in turn will lead to increased operational reliability in our operations. This can be done, for example, via changes in methods and / or other machine measures.
To thrive in the role of Maintenance Engineer, you need to be a driving force as you will lead major maintenance projects with us, here your success factor will be, among other things, to succeed in coordinating external and internal resources. You will also represent the maintenance organization in projects for the acquisition of new equipment.
Another part of the role is that you become our responsible for trucks. You run contract issues for these together with our purchasing organization and you also participate in the need for change.
Requirements specification
We are looking for you with relevant college or university education, probably in electricity, mechanical engineering or automation, or you with relevant work experience.
Particularly important characteristics of the service are that you are solution-oriented, analytical, and that you have a dynamic way of working. You need to enjoy collaborating with others to achieve the best results. You have a structured way of working, good communication skills in both Swedish and English and are a social person who likes to take their own initiatives.
It is an advantage if you have experience from operation and maintenance, commissioning, or project management in the industry. Likewise if you have experience with modern maintenance theory. Knowledge from the SAP business system is also an advantage.
