The world we live in is in constant change, with a climate that is getting warmer. We want to be responsible and try our best to make our solutions sustainable over time. Our primary business is not climate, but solving hard technical challenges, but we believe everything is connected. So how could we software development sustainable? At Knowit we do this by regarding software development as a craft, known as 'Software Craftsmanship'. Solving technical challenges are important, but as a Knowit consultant you are also expected to think about the future:
• Code readability - is the code easy to understand?
• Sustainable pace - have the application been developed in a sustainable manner, making it easy to further develop and maintain?
• High confidence - are developers comfortable making changes to the code?
• Is it easy to deploy a new version to production?
• Is it possible to quickly take an idea to production?
We are looking for YOU
You share our ideology about software development. You should be brave, always trying to improve and open to share knowledge and help build a better world. You should also have a minimum of 3 years experience from the software industry.
