Description
The client is now looking for a UI-designer with an interest of app design.
Job description
• Brainstorm new solutions and create fantastic, engaging and intuitive solutions with the digital team.
• Create beautiful, engaging and selling designs.
• Help develop and maintain the clients new atomic design system.
• Work closely with designers, developers, product owners and other stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
• Play a vital role in evolving the clients digital environments.
• Iterate existing designs, improving and pushing them to the next level.
• Stay on top of design trends, new developments and what's happening in the industry.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Degree in design or experience creating great visual designs.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with an excellent understanding of app design as well as web design, usability and working within brand guidelines.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing for web.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma.
• Collaborative and open-minded working style.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Sharp attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet commitments in multiple initiatives at the same time.
• Excellent communication skills - able to relate to stakeholder groups including clients, developers and executive management.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Portfolio including samples of work outlining business needs and proposed solutions.
