We're looking for a new team member to help us create a really great user experience!
In our small dev team, we do (almost) everything ourselves. From wire-framing and prototyping to maintenance, hosting and support. Now we'd like to add a UI/UX developer to the team to help us create really great looking and intuitive software.
Meetio is a Malmö based software developer fully committed to improving the workplace and meeting culture for our customers. Meetio develops software that bridge the gap between the digital calendar and physical workspace to better utilize meeting rooms and increase personal productivity. We are a tightly knit team, steering a self-funded and profitable startup in an inspiring incubator environment. Although based in Sweden, Meetio has customers all over the world and as we're scaling our operations in Sweden we're also looking to increase international presence drastically. Our solutions can be found at companies all over the world, from cutting-edge tech companies in Silicon Valley to Dutch Universities and Asian National Banks.

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
You will be our number one when it comes to design and interaction. Some of the things you will be doing include:
• Designing, wire framing and implementing new features
• Ensure that our products have a consistent and modern user interface
• Doing the occasional bug fix
• Help out with the design of our website, marketing and sales material
Some relevant buzzwords that you'll come across include UI/UX, Photoshop, Illustrator, Android, iOS, PHP, JS and HTML.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have probably worked as a developer for a couple of years already and are now seeking a new challenge. As a developer you enjoy all things code, but your real focus - and what you really enjoy doing - is improving the user experience through clear-cut design and intuitive interfaces.
Everything you do is based on a larger picture, keeping things consistent and intuitive is important to you. You believe that design is not just about creating gorgeous looking icons or splash screens, it's the entire user experience that makes or brakes an application.
Although you may or may not have worked at a startup before, it's something you feel excited about doing. We take great pride in working closely together as a team and helping each other out, and you do too.
