Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It
Work closely with the User Research team to gather and evaluate data about customers
Evaluate users' feedback and actions related to their current experience
Identify user experience issues and design solutions for them
Conduct usability tests

Requirements - You'll be a great fit if you bring a many of the below with you:
You know how to use design tools
You are emphatic and understand people's behaviour
You are proactive and a team-player
You have good communication skills
You are a problem solver and have attention to detail
