• Provide design and creative leadership to launch new products and deliver new features that continuously delight customers.
• Identify and prioritize existing usability issues and define solutions to address them
• Work together with our customer support team to identify UI friction points
• Find solution/improvements and present them to our team by using wireframes, graphic mock-ups, flows and navigation maps
• Create designs and implement with well-structured HTML/CSS
We need you to have:
• Minimum 3 years experience as web-related lead UI designer
• Proven track-record. You are good and you know it! :)
• Ability to code your designs in HTML/CSS
• You are organized, take pride in the quality of your work and have a ?go the extra mile? attitude
• You love solving complex problems
• You are pragmatic doer
