Our group is divided in three teams and responsible for our common framework that is built on a modern digital ecosystem utilizing new technologies divided in different areas: IoT, semantics/ontology and real time streaming.
We create value to business by offering new capabilities connecting machines, devices and applications across the organization utilizing power of knowledge graph and similar technologies to do advanced analysis and enabling business to make real time predictive analytics and reasoning.

Your role
Support business and take part of Scania transformation journey. Design and develop our modern modular platform within the three main areas part of our data fabric solution:
• Internet of Things
• Semantic / Ontology
• Streaming
In your role as UI Engineer, you will together with the team be responsible to define and develop our new interface to utilizing modern technologies to enhance and extend our capabilities. You will also be part of and leading the UI forum.
Your profile
You are an analytical, result-oriented, self-driven team player that faces new challenges with a positive, can-do attitude. You are not afraid to test ideas in reality and make them work. You are open and curious towards your teammates and you enjoy supporting and contributing to the development with your technical expertise and ideas.
• You have at least 4+ year of experience in design and web development
• Passionate about code quality, continuous delivery, automated testing
• Interested in constantly improving your product
• Care about software architecture across the front-end, back-end, and the APIs
• You thrive when faced with complex challenges and can quickly adapt to new tasks
• You care about the user experience; building responsive, user-friendly web applications
You thrive in a global, complex and everchanging environment - where you build trust and drive change through continuous dialogue.
