With us, you'll spend your workdays making our platform look fantastic in close collaboration with UX designers and developers, as well as taking our design system further to meet future needs. Your design team colleagues are there for support and collaboration when you need us. And we're all part of evolving our design guidelines as well as feedback and knowledge sharing together.
These days, most of us combine remote work from home with days at the office. Being a small design team and on top of that collaborating with colleagues across our whole organization and in multiple locations daily, we all strive to be flexible towards each other and know that your best work is done when the day-to-day works for you and your life.
About us
Talentech is an HR tech company spread over the Nordics, the Netherlands and Poland. Our platform of digital tools supports the full talent journey - from attraction and recruitment of candidates, onboarding and development of employees to offboarding. We're also big enough to make an impact, but at the same time small enough for every team member to be heard and make their mark on the stuff we do.
The product design team is part of Talentech's product organization. Currently our team members are based in Stockholm or Oslo, which is why we're looking for our new member in either city.
What we're looking for
We're hoping to find an experienced visual designer with enough drive and awareness to know when and how to move forward, as well as when to stop and take a step back or ask for help. We're crossing our fingers to find someone who identifies with this:
• 5 years or more in a UI designer role, with strong skills in visual design, typography, and interaction design for responsive web applications.
• Experience from creating and evolving complex design systems, with accessibility and front-end tech in mind.
• Highly skilled in Figma, utilizing advanced setups and features for efficiency and scalability.
• Proficient in English, being our company's main language.
• Thorough and detail-oriented, but even so managing to be efficient and pragmatic.
• Desire for sharing and collaboration, and good at communicating with others.
And we'll consider it a bonus if you're skilled in any of these fields:
• Native app design.
• Animation.
• Illustration.
• Data visualization.
• UX writing.
• Identity and brand.
• Swedish or Norwegian speaking.
