Our client is a Swedish game studio in Stockholm developing innovative video slots for the free-to-play social and the online gambling market. The talented team has years of experience, a burning passion and love for gambling, as well as big respect for the players.
Being market leaders in the high-end desktop video slot segment; they are now putting together a team to build the best hand-held video-slot applications on the market. Are you up for the challenge?
The Job
You will be a central member of a new creative team which you will help sculpt and set the tone in. You are expected to unleash your creativity, taking the existing desktop-based games of our clients, to the mobile platform. This will take commitment, drive and willingness to explore new ways.
Qualifications, Character and Skills
We are looking for a UI/2D artist with a passion for gaming and a particular interest in games for hand-held devices. We believe that you are social, positive and driven, and like to work in a team with high ambitions. You have previous experience from being part of creating state of the art mobile applications.
Furthermore:
Experience from creating UI graphics for two or more mobile applications.
Experience from taking ideas from concept to final in-game graphics with top notch quality.
Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills.
Experience from Adobe Flash.
Deep understanding of game logic and usability.
We also value:
Basic programming skills.
Experience from Adobe After Effects.
Experience from working with 3D-software, such as Maya, 3DSMax or equivalent.
