• Research and development of new tools and hardware into existing infrastructure
• Build infrastructure for new products with a focus on high availability, scalability and performance using rapid deployment
• Continued development of existing infrastructure and tools
• Maintenance and development of network-infrastructure
• Maintaining a high level of security in infrastructure
• Triage situations by assessing problems, identify source and apply fixes
• Support co-workers with technical expertise
• Work closely with other functions in the company (Development, QA)

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• At least three years of work experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Linux (Preferably Debian)
• Excellent knowledge in scripting-languages (Perl, Bash)
• Experience with Nginx, MySQL & Haproxy
• Some experience with Windows server Environment
Work language: English
Wanted competence
• Experience with Network operations
• Knowledge of Network protocols
• Experience with relational databases, memcached, high traffic sites
• Experience with load-balancing platforms
• Some experience with PHP (5.4+) is valued
• Some experience with in-house technical support
• Some experience with mobile development is valued
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Perforce, Subversion
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
