The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Specialist knowledge required in:
• C / C ++ programming
• Real-time systems
• System development / System architecture
Good knowledge is expected in:
• Windows OS environments - be able to install, configure etc. if necessary
Working language: English and Swedish (both)
Wanted competence
• * SIP, VoIP (be able to read and apply RFCs in troubleshooting, development...)
• Different telephony solutions and integrations with telephony.
• Experience of building service solutions in real time
Not necessary for managing current voice response (but good competence in general in the team and for the future):
• Linux
• SQL in general and MS SQL Server more specifically
• Scripting languages such as Perl, Shellscript etc.
• Knowledge of TCP / IP networks and routing.
• Knowledge of testing and test automation
• Kanban
About the position:
• Work as SW developer to develop and maintain telecom applications
• Tasks: development, maintenance, management with a focus on the component "Service Node" with integration with Telephony/ IVR.
• The administration also includes support with advanced support in investigations, often in collaboration with colleagues, subcontractors, partners.
