The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Excellent knowledge and experience in C, and firmware development of connectivity solutions.
• Experience in firmware development of product control.
Working language: English
Good to have:
Additional knowledge about the following will be valuable
• Knowledge

• FreeRTOS
• Websocket based protocols
• MQTT based protocols
• BLE
• Eclipse
About the position:
• work as a senior firmware engineer with Embedded C
• Analyse and document, system and module requirements.
• Design and document individual modules.
• Develop and test (unit, system and acceptance) firmware of major scale and complexity.
• Maintenance of software including defect investigation.
• Contribute towards the continuous development of the department's processes.
• Source code is developed in C
