# You will work as a Test Environment Engineer , responsible to provide the right test equipment
# n this role you will interface the design or/and test organization to collect requirements, create and follow up the budget and trigger investments when needed.
# You coordinate the work to set-up or reconfigure test equipment and support, if problems occur.

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
Experience within test environment and I&V
A genuine technical interest in understanding and driving test environment issues to solutions
Planning knowledge
Self-driven and set clear priorities
You are a service minded, pragmatic and solution oriented person
Proven communication and coordination skills
Experience of working in an agile environment such as Kanban
Fluent in English and you are open-minded and flexible
Good understanding of telecom architecture.
Meriting
# R&D telecom background and experiences is an advantage
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment
