The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• You have strong knowledge and experience with SQL
• You have strong Scala development skills
• Experience using Apache Beam
• You have a lot of experience with performing root cause analysis on data and processes in order to answer business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
Working language: English

About the position
• As a backend SW Developer, you will work in Scala environment
• Trouble shooting current data pipeline
• Help with the migration works (from old pipeline to our new data pipeline based on GCP)
• Be ready to investigate and figure out the root cause for some discrepancies between old and new datasets.
• Work on Improvements and early life support after the migration
