The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Experience as SW Test Developer
• Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• Documented experience from Automated Tests and test frameworks
• Experience from Linux
• Familiar with Linux tool chain (bash, git, Gerrit, Jenkins)
Working language: English
Wanted competence
• Experience from application development in C++
• Python skills
• Experience from Agile SW development
• Fluency in Swedish
About the position:
• Working as a Test Automation Engineer
• You will be a part of a team responsible for design, development, optimization and verification of software in next generation In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems.
Our responsibility covers functionality in the following areas:
• Telematics SW, Connectivity
• The project aims at development of functionality in next generation Infotainment platform (Telematics and In-Car Connectivity).
• Part of a scrum team (~7 persons), working agile on backlog items in 2 week sprints.
• Reporting of status and progress in JIRA and daily standup meetings
