The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Several years' experience working as a Scrum master
• Experience from large companies
• Experience from Cloud and infrastructure
• Experience of agile transformation
Work language: English
Meriting
• Experience from Devops environments, Jira
Job description
• Guiding the team(s) on how to get the most out of self-organization.
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team(s) and coach them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on improvements and problem-solving.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency.
• Supporting the Product Owner(s) by relaying vision and roadmap of the product.
Some of your responsibilities are
• Facilitating Scrums/ daily stand-up's
• Facilitating sprint planning's
• Facilitating sprint demo's
• Facilitating sprint retrospect's
• Facilitating use of an agile tool to maintain backlog, planning and execution
• Resolving conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
• Forecasting & Release Planning
