• Work as a test manager/ test coordinator
• Establishing and maintaining Test Strategy
• Drive applicable test fora
• Participate in applicable technical meetings
• Supporting in decision making, providing analysis, understanding dependencies from overall offering perspective
• Drive needed changes to ensure delivering of offerings with high quality

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Experience as a test lead/ test coordinator
• Deep understanding of software development
• Proven job experience as a test manager and deep understanding of Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge and experience of R&D processes, including lean & agile practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Business and costumer focused with a high accountability to deliver results
• A quality mindset, ability for strategic thinking and a drive to always improve
• Large degree of flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
• Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate to reach solutions in a multi stakeholder environment
Work language: English
Meriting:
• Experience from telecom industry
• Swedish
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
