The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Strong background as full-stack developer 3+ years
• Main skills: React Java, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Java 8-11, Spring Boot, Spring Framework.
• Strong knowledge of React
• Experience and/or strong interest in working with cross-platform design, design systems and shared components.
Experience in projects/initiatives involving complex business logic
Experienced in the agile way of working
Working language: English
Meriting competence
• Experience in Redux
•
About the position
• You will be a key-player in building and perfecting sales- and service systems.
• The goal is to build the smartest and fastest sales system.
• To achieve this, we work with the fastest technology, experiment a lot and put a lot of effort into understanding our users and their needs.
• We are fully agile(+7 years) with self-organizing teams and continuous delivery and improvement on sprint basis.
