Description
In this role you will work as a team member in the Network, Voice and Video Competence area. This team provides service delivery with the objective to support all systems run by the service. This includes handling incoming issues from users worldwide, supporting other service delivery areas with network competence. The team also contributes by participating in different projects to develop new technical solutions and improving the current services. Our internal business partners need as little disruption as possible and your contribution to service delivery or projects will ensure this is minimized.
Main responsibilities
• Work both in project and deliver service processes.
• Provide support to ensure that service availability and trouble ticket resolution meets or exceeds stipulated expectations through effective proactive management of the voice infrastructure
• Be part of project teams and contribute with high technical competence to develop and implement qualified Voice (VoIP) solutions in our global organization
Qualifications
You need to have expertise in networking combined with solid experience and understanding of how applications & systems work. Furthermore, to be successful in this role you will need to have:
• Extensive experience with Cisco UC solution; UCM, Voice Gateways, Unity and Unity connection with similar profile of a Cisco TAC senior analyst. CCIE voice qualification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of CallManager administration: complex dial-plan configuration (+E.164), call signalling (H323, SIP), Intercluster trunks and endpoints
• Experience from Contact Center applications such as UCCE, CVP, VXML and UCCX
• Good understanding of QoS; configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience from video technologies, Tandberg/Cisco Telepresence.
We are looking for someone with analytical skills in isolating faults and network problems, problem resolution and service restoration as well as configuration knowledge in IP networking. As a person you are a team player who can also work independently. You are self-motivated with high engagement and you have the ability to convey knowledge/information to others. You need to be motivated and eager to seek knowledge and to learn new things.
We believe you have a university degree or a diploma from a specialized school. Your English skills are excellent both verbally and in writing.
