hela Sverige Trox is known as an inventive player within the automotive industry. We produce, market and sell vehicle protection systems for some of the most well-known car brands such as Volvo, Mercedes, BMW, Bentley, Volkswagen and Rolls Royce.
In the beginning of our business the systems were only made for some of the most luxurious cars in the world but due to recent year’s development this has become the most cost efficient way to protect vehicles during storage and transport. Our core business is based on our tailor made covers that are ready to be applied directly to our client’s specific car models. When the cover has been applied the vehicles are ready for transport and will reach their final destination with preserved factory complete quality level. We are now heading towards international expansion and are, together with Oddwork, looking for our next a Sales Manager to join Trox in Gothenburg.
About the position Sales Manager at Trox
As Sales Manager your main responsibility will be to develop and support existing client accounts. Over time you will develop your role towards contacting new prospective clients. You will work in close contact with Trox’s partners with the ambition to strengthen business relationships and create as well as develop constant sales and growth for Trox’s products. You will focus on sales that build trust and long-term business relationships. You will spend a lot of your time visiting client’s factories to see their production processes first hand and offer alternatives that suit their business processes and marketing strategies. The selling processes in Trox’s business are long term. A big part of the car industry has its center in Germany why most of your sales will take place in Germany with German speaking clients. Your role will include business travelling on a basis of circa ten days per month. You will have close contact and cooperation with Trox’s internal department for sales, design, development and marketing.
Your Profile
You have a high level of business understanding and excellent social skills. The role requires you to be representative and professional in your approach and you have to be able to manage high-level customer care. Prior industry experience as well as experience in project sales are qualifying factors as well as a technology interest. The role requires you to be fluent in both German and English and it’s mandatory that you have a driver’s license. You have to be motivated and comfortable with business travelling and highly adaptable to different business cultures. You must be stationed in Gothenburg and unless stated that you have this possibility, you will not be considered for this opening. As a person you thrive towards creating sales and overcoming your goals. You are caring and humble towards both clients and colleagues but also straight and honest in your communication. In addition you see it as a privilege to work with building strong business relationships over time and constantly develop your own skills. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to develop Trox’s business.
