The ART Wheels & Tyres are growing and now we are looking for a System Engineer to our agile release train - Road Contact, there you will be a part of our tyre team. The Agile Teams are composed of empowered and motivated individuals who are responsible for managing their work autonomously producing value to the customer.
What you 'll do?
Based on functional requirements you will create and define system requirements for the developers in early stage of product development, before start of part design. You will take on the responsibility to take on and drive system functional and architecture development with focus on the future technology and the integration with the software.
Today we are mostly working with suppliers who are developing the SW, but we are moving more and more towards internal development, hence SW development knowledge is crucial to take on this position. It is important for our team to understand the behaviours of tyres and that we develop more into tyre monitoring systems, hence we are strengthening our scrum team with a knowledgeable system engineer focusing on SW development.
You and your skills
You will also constantly improve working procedures related to tyre monitoring system development and propose new system functionality. We see that you have a university degree and have Software development or equivalent technical knowledge and experience from product development in automotive industry. Further, you possess experience of Elektra, CarWeaver and SystemWeaver. You are fluent in English and you hold a "B" driver's licence, valid in Sweden.
As a person you are analytical and have an inner drive to succeed. You are team player, used to lead cross-functional tasks. You are a great communicator who enjoy contributing to the team reaching the goal.
We are looking for self-driven and initiative individuals with courageous and strong confidence in own capacity. Your genuine technical interest, project management skills and leading ability is a special asset for us.
