We are dedicated to provide productivity in the processing of more than 1200 different products across the sulphur, chemical, fertilizer, chocolate and food industries. We also provide Double Belt Press solutions with Steel and Teflon® belts, including up- and downstream equipment and precision scattering systems as well as solid and perforated steel belts used for improving productivity and quality in the processing of products as diverse as wood-based panels, paper, food, film and more. IPCO (formerly SPS) was by the end of last year acquired by the Wallenberg foundations, FAM. Until then IPCO had received business, financial and tax support from Sandvik's respective country organisations in all 32 markets where IPCO has business. We are building up a new support structure centralized into two hubs in Singapore and Sweden in order to replace Sandvik's recently given support. These hubs will support 8-10 countries each with business, financial and tax support.The handover from Sandvik is currently run by a project team and agreements are set up with distributors around the world.
We are now hiring two experienced key players to the hub in Sandviken, with several european countries, Argentina, Kazakhstan and Ukraine as service countries. Together you will set the processes needed to ensure that the interface and workflow in between hub and local suppliers is run efficient and according to local and central legislation. Next step will be to run the daily operations and transactional finance and be accountable for P & L reporting prior consolidation.
You will report to the Site CFO in Sandviken and one of the positions will be asked to take lead of the hub. Your will work close to site and group functions with highly skilled staff within finance, legal, tax etc.
Your profile
We are looking for two senior Controllers who are eager to take part in a new challenging task were you can contribute with your financial skills and prior experience of driving continous improvements within business processes. You have an applicable international experience from a position with a combination of strategic and operational tasks. Your personality and motivationals will be highly valued. Outmost valued is your capability to be prestigeless, self-confident, solution-oriented and a good teamplayer.
