We are currently looking for a Customer Developer to support our rapidly growing Turkish customer base.  The role will be based at our head office in Malmö Sweden.
In the role of Customer Developer you will be responsible for cultivating the relationship with our customers with a long-term perspective through strong execution and proactive customer service. The main objectives of the role is the retention of the customers and increasing the revenue they generate which you will achieve by guiding those customers through profitable execution of their email marketing strategy.
Main focus for the role:
Effective implementation of sold products and services
Maintaining contact with our current Turkish customer base to offer assistance, expertise and account management.
Ensure satisfied and long term engaged customers that use the system in a most effective way
Continuous work with evaluation of customer satisfaction focusing on long-term aspects.
Coordinate customer projects along with customer and/or other departments internally within the company
Produce add-on sales and portfolio growth
In order to be successful in this role we believe you:
Have a business oriented personality and previous experience from other roles involving sales.
Would appreciate an ever changing work environment providing new challenges and opportunities regularly
Have a good technical understanding enabling you to solve problems and easily understand underlying processes in the platform
Have a strong sense of responsibility towards your tasks, colleagues and customers
Are organised and structured
Have excellent communication and presentation skills
Are accustomed to use the phone as a frequent tool for communication and meetings both internally and externally
Strong customer orientation
Have the ability to establish and maintain good relationships
Have some previous experience from coordinating customer projects-
Speak fluent Turkish and English
Other qualifying skills/experiences:
Previous experience from working with marketing
Previous experience from working with software/web applications
Previous experience from building webpages
Additional skills in speaking one or many Scandinavian languages.
