hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced test- analyst,test-designer, tester and testleader who wants to share the knowledge with the rest of the team. The work will demand high integrity and a great will to cooperation and compromises.
Competence requirements:
Essentials
• Experience of test in a project with iterative and risk driven planning
• Experience of creating a test strategy and a test plan for the project
• Good ability to understand system models and diagrams (UML + ?own created models?).
• Good ability to specify testcase.
• Good ability to handle integrations between systems and test of the integrations.
• Good ability to find opportunities of creating realistic plans for test
• Good ability to handle cooperation between different organsation and system, including testing.
Advantageous
• Knowledge about diagnostic- and test- tools.
• Ability to transfer competence.
Role and responsibilities :
Take the responsiblity as a Testleader, and handle the tests within the scope of the project e,g:
• Decide test strategies; i.e which kind of test shall be performed for which demand, how to work with automated test, verifying and provokaktive tests. etc.
• Create and execute testplans.
• Perform tests.
Other
Our customer needs advanced test leading and functional test competence. The project is planned according to RUP and are set up in close cooperation with the business. We are looking for a experienced testleader with competence as a functional tester as well.
