hela Sverige Resurs is looking for an experienced Treasury Specialist to join our team in managing the bank's liquidity and treasury activities.
As a Treasury Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Treasury and other team members, to ensure that the bank's liquidity is managed efficiently.
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to our continuous development and has the ability and ambition to work proactively and drive to pursue issues, even when you encounter setbacks. We expect that you are a very reliable person!
Your key responsibilities will be:
Monitoring and analyzing cash flows to ensure optimal use of liquidity
Creating and managing cash forecasts on a daily basis
Analyze and propose funding-activities
Supporting/Managing the company's banking relationships and negotiating favorable terms and conditions
Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as interest rate and currency risks
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Managing securities and derivates
Developing and implementing treasury management policies and procedures
Internally and externally reporting regarding the Resurs financial positions
Requirements
To thrive in this role, it is important that you are cooperative and reliable, always strive to keep deadlines and show respect for your colleagues. You will have daily discussions with your team and thus need to have high analytical ability and find it easy to express your opinions.
We also believe that you have:
Prior experience working with Treasury. Preferably at a bank, but it's not a must
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: liquidity management, securities, currencies, interest rate risk measurement, analyses, financing, or project management
Experience with LCR or NSFR is advantageous
Willingness to learn and develop in areas where you do not already have experience
Professional level of Swedish, both speech and writing
