Role DescriptionThis position is within the TS Corporate Sales Team covering Nordic headquartered corporate clients. As part of TS front office, the TS Sales Associate will be responsible for providing solution support to those working closest with our clients. This encompasses client and market intelligence for new and existing clients and supporting the sales team's various requirements. Including administrative support around Know Your Customer (KYC) & on-boarding process, preparing client facing materials and other efforts. He / She will participate on sales calls as well as be responsible for follow up on client inquiries for the team.The TS Sales Associate position provides the candidate with an opportunity to obtain TS front office experience interacting with Customer Service, Implementation and other functions. The Nordic TS Sales Associate is part of a wider team of Sales associates in EMEA and will interact, learn and develop with themThe Associate will, with experience over time, take primary lead of their own client relationships This role will include: Sales SupportSupport Sales teams through ad hoc project work and analysis Provide assistance to Sales teams to ensure that clients are receiving agreed servicesSupport the team to manage the on-boarding and the KYC processesDevelop a relationship with the team they are supporting so that they will be included in client conference calls/meetings, noting key client requirements/needs and identifying key action pointsBe involved in the preparation of client account plans, senior officer briefing memos and portfolio management reporting. Deal SupportPrepare and review marketing material (pitch books, presentations and slip sheets) for Sales ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistencySupport Sales managers with preparation of proposals Work closely with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to collate relevant and accurate information to kick off deal implementation processTake ownership for the end-to-end deal management process, mastering the use of the implementation tools Client/Market IntelligenceSet up and maintain client dataRun client-focused internal projects Analyse key revenue and pipeline data in order to deliver monthly reports to senior managementConduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clientsKeeping abreast of ongoing developments in the areas impacting Swiss headquartered clients, such as regulatory developments, political background or market trends in the financial industryPartner with GCB and TS Product Management in their annual client account planning process to provide fundamental research on current and target market sizing by regionProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant partners (GCB, TS Implementation, TS Product Management) to deliver to the businessQualifications Qualifications / Skills and experience Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic credentials Preferred relevant work experience in either TS/Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking or CreditAbility to build productive and quality working relationships to achieve resultsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working to tight deadlines in a disciplined mannerStrong team player within a global teamCan-do attitude with focus on flawless delivery and executionCapacity to work on own initiative and generate new ideasExcellent written and verbal communication skills paying attention to detailAdvanced knowledge of MS Office including, Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Swedish or another Nordic language (other languages would be an advantage)
