With focus on high quality and efficiency, we support Vattenfall's overall strategy in delivering our services to the business, process standardization, economies of scale and automation. Finance Business Support is active in the following areas: Accounts Payable (Procure to Pay), Accounts Receivable (Order to Cash), General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Master Data Management, Treasury Services, Financial Control and Tax.
We are looking to strengthen our Treasury Services Department with a Treasury Professional (Accounting). We are looking for a colleague who will work on process improvements, have process ownership, will be project support and share responsibility for the management of our bank accounts. In addition to this, we are also looking for someone who can support in the daily operational activities. Treasury Services is one of the departments of Finance Business Support- Vattenfall's financial shared service center that takes care of the financial needs of our business. At Treasury Services, we support Vattenfall's vision to become fossil free in one generation- We are doing this in our team by connecting our business to banks and by taking care of all topics related to our bank accounts and the processes surrounding this. We are experts our business can turn to when they need advice in banking topics and a trusted party making sure that daily operations in this area are being performed with high quality and in a timely manner.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Administration and regular checks of authorized users in both payment and bank tools
Responsible for KYC, Know Your Customer, updates on a regular basis
Authority update and regular checks in bank tools
BAM - update the electronic bank account tool
Actively take part in systematic improvement work in the daily operations and systems
Ensure that common processes are adhered to and support the development in accounting processes and systems.
Be back-up for controls that process expert/process specialist execute within Treasury Services.
Take an active part in development projects within FBS as well as for our part in group wide projects.
Identify process improvements and work with those together with process experts and process specialists.
Urgent manual payments and approvals of payment files.
Payments and controls in In-house Bank
Report major liquidity flows
Deliver service with high quality in a timely manner according to processes, guidelines and policies
Together with colleagues be contact person towards banks, Business Areas and Business Units.
Contribute to have good relationship and good service towards internal customers and external parties, including BPO provider CAP Gemini.
In regards to process improvement and ownership, we are always looking to make our work more efficient. We need your ideas and support in harmonizing our processes internationally, to see if our interfaces with our customers in the business and other supporting departments within Vattenfall are running efficiently. You will take ownership for processes like user administration of our bank tools and the governance related to these tools.
Your Qualifications:
Very good knowledge of both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Relevant degree within accounting or other comparable education
2-3 years of experience of work in high transactional operations
Basic understanding of Vattenfall's business and operations
Good understanding of Treasury Services' processes and activities (Experience in the area of treasury is an advantage) .
Experience in SAP.
Experience in banking tools
Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
