About the position
The Treasury Managers' main responsibility is handling of financial risk management. This includes continuous assessment and evaluation of our main financial exposures, while optimizing and implementing our risk mitigation strategies.
You are also our driver in several processes of the business analysis within risk management, cash management, liquidity, funding, forecasting and group netting. You will be part of driving our ambition to improve the digitalization and automatization of treasury systems and processes.
You will be reporting to our Director of Treasury, working closely with the finance team and our subsidiaries around the world, managing day-to-day activities and longer-term projects.
Your profile
We believe you have a master's degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent area and a minimum of 3 years of experience of working with financial markets through corporate treasury and/or relevant banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of treasury especially in relation to currency and interest rate hedging, financial reporting, hedge accounting and related treasury systems.
You have knowledge in financial markets as well as financial instruments and derivatives as well as an good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Power BI.
As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented and drive your work forward independently and in a structured manner. You are unpretentious and enjoy varied tasks and can handle an environment that is changing. You have ability to quickly adapt and utilize new systems and technologies to drive improvements and efficiencies.
As the role has many contact points, you have a good communicative ability and enjoy working with both subsidiaries and banks. As the role involves regular international contacts, you communicate freely in Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
