As part of the Back Office team at our customers Treasury team you will work directly towards the Treasury & Corporate Finance mission to secure the group 's payment capability. You will play a vital role in the Treasury deal administration and settlements of payments related to these transactions. You will also work with our customers internal netting. Moreover you will be involved in compiling the daily liquidity and the administration of connected forecasting activities.
Back Office is an operative department with daily deliveries. They work closely together with all departments within the Treasury organization, other affiliated companies, banks and other financial institutions. They work continuously to improve their processes with regards to efficiency and usage of new technologies. Back Office is a global function and you will be part of a team with colleagues in Sweden, USA, Singapore and Brazil. This position is based in Gothenburg.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Preparation and execution of payments to affiliated companies and external counterparties.
• Liquidity & Forecast administration. Back Office is responsible for Webforecast (forecast system).
• Netting process management. Back office is responsible for Coprocess (netting system).
• Treasury deal administration.
About you

You have the experience to take on more responsibilities and project related tasks.
Required
• University degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• Experience within Treasury
• Interest in financial markets and products
• Fluent in English
• High level of integrity and ethics
About the employment
The position as Treasury Controller is a consultant assignment with location in Gothenburg, starting as soon as possible and will initially be ongoing for 6 months. For the right person, this assignment could be extended and even recruited to our customer. As a consultant you are employed by Adecco Sweden AB.
