Qliro is looking for a dedicated Treasury Analyst to join the team. The Treasury team is a key part of Qliro's financial management and acts as the first line of defense in ensuring the company's financial risks and funding position. We offer you a great opportunity to join us in an exciting and rapidly changing industry, giving you the chance to grow within an expansive Fintech company listed on Nasdaq and under the supervision of the Swedish FSA.
You will take an active role in Qliro's liquidity, funding and investment activities, as well as the financial strategy and regulatory reporting. In this role you will work closely together with the other members in the treasury team and collaborate with colleagues within finance, risk and data. The role is based in Stockholm and you will report to the Head of Treasury.
What you'll do:
• You will have a key role in developing treasury's strategy
• Strive to understand what drives capital and profitability in the portfolio
• Manage treasury related financial risk such as liquidity risk, FX risk, interest rate risk, and refinancing risk
• Cash management - daily operations of the cash pool
• Take an active role in the liquidity buffer investments and funding activities
• Liquidity management reporting, increasing cash visibility, efficiency, and usage
• Be a corner stone in the annual ICLAAP and COREP processes
• Take part in Balance sheet forecasting and capital planning as well as forecasting key risk indicators and ratios
• Drive automation and efficiency transformation in the day-to-day operations
We believe you have:
• 2-5 years' work experience within treasury or finance function, preferably in an FSA regulated entity, or an equivalent consultancy background
• Experience working with 1) COREP reporting and/or 2) balance sheet forecasting and capital planning
• Experience of working with ICLAAP
• A proactive mindset with an ability of creating and improving processes
• Extensive knowledge of the Capital Requirements Regulation
• University degree in Business/Economics/Industrial Engineering or similar
