Claims Handler in Stockholm
Our Nordic Claims department work with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in Nordic as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims department as a Claims Handler for travel claims.
Job description
As a Claims Handler for travel claims, your main focus is to handle travel related claims. Communication with customers by telephone and email is a major part of the claims handling process. Claims handling includes receiving and register claims, investigate them and pay out compensation.
Qualifications:
• Service minded
• Communicative and flexible
• Fluent in Swedish and solid English skills
• Accurate in your work
• Good computer skills
• Additional verbal and/or written knowledge in Danish and/or Norwegian would be a valuable asset
As a person, you like to take on responsibility and recognize the benefit of providing excellent customer service. You are communicative and show multitask capabilities. You are a team player, fast moving and results driven.
