Our customers are mainly international and large industrial companies. Our Nordic Claims department works with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in Nordic as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims team as a Travel Claims Handler.
As a Travel Claims Handler, your main focus is to handle travel related claims. Communication with customers by telephone and email is a major part of the claims handling process. Claims handling includes receiving and register claims, investigate them and pay out compensation. The working hours vary and you will be scheduled to work evenings on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Accurate in your work
• Fluent in Swedish and solid English skills
• Additional verbal and/or written knowledge in another Nordic language would be a valuable asset
