The Cross functional and Holding Controlling team is working with consolidating and analysing R&D (Research & Development) costs, capital investments across TRATON group.
Furthermore, we are do financial planning and reporting for TRATON AB and support Group Product Management on financial matters.
We are a small team of dedicated people located in Södertälje working alongside with our Controlling colleagues in Munich and related controlling functions of our TRATON group brands. We enjoy collectively solving problems and strive for a climate where opinions and knowledge is openly shared within the team.
THE JOB
/ Facilitate planning of R&D Cost and Capital Investments of TRATON Group
/ Reporting of Actual R&D cost and capital investments
/ Interact as counterpart for investment and R&D cost related questions within TRATON Group
/ Engaging in establishing a new financial steering model
/Support in Oracle EPM implementation
YOUR SKILLS
You would like to work in an international climate with all the joy and challenges that comes along with it. To succeed in this role, we require you to have a degree of higher education in the field of Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Finance role. Experience in project, R&D or Investment controlling as well as knowledge from the truck industry or any of our brands is a strong merit. You are well structured, proactive, self-motivated and show high initiative. You have advanced excel skills and ideally experience from working with multi-dimensional database systems like Oracle EPM. Preparing high-quality management presentations is easy for you.
You have a strong team spirit and working with good interpersonal- and communication skills. You are fluent in written and spoken English. Fluent in written and spoken Swedish is considered a merit.
