Your role in our team.
As Transportation and Customs Manager, you are part of our Logistics- department and management group making sure we have efficient goods flow to our warehouses,sales channels and e-commerce customers. You are responsible for our global transportation and customs operations. You are leading and developing our team of Logistics Coordinators that work with our import and export processes, and make sure that the goods flow operation is successful. Always with the business top of mind, as well as our stores and customers.
In your role you work both on operational and strategic level, making sure to setup routines and plan our inbound flows and coordinate our outbound flows from our warehouses to all sales channels. You secure our agreed lead times and transportation costs, setup and follow our KPIs for transportation and are the go-to person when it comes to support regarding transport and customs internally.

Education within Logistics and/or Customs, Economics, or equivalent experience
Solid work experience from supply chain preferably within retail business
Experience from negotiating contracts is an advantage.
Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Office package, Excel specifically
