hela Sverige The Transport & Trade Compliance Operations team is responsible for Sobi's transports globally, and is responsible to maintain a compliant standard of packaging materials suitable for transportation of sensitive pharmaceutical products. We are now recruiting a Transport & Trade Compliance Coordinator who will work operationally and strategically with logistics, risk assessments, and temperature control. The position is full-time and initially for a fixed-term basis of 12 months with the possibility for conversation to a permanent role depending on performance and business circumstances.
You will be responsible for a wide range of day-to day activities such as:
Act as the number one go-to person for international shipments of temperature sensitive products. Coordinate with external consignors, freight forwarders, customs broker, and consignees, as well as with colleagues from across the organization.
Maintain a close relationship with Sobi's preferred suppliers of transportation services, such as forwarding agents, warehouses, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.
Write and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Investigate non conformances, temperature excursions, and other deviations from written procedures.
Manage PO's, inventory of packaging material, KPI's, etc.
Personal attributes:
As a department we handle a wide variety of temperature sensitive shipments, many of which are handled on an ad-hoc basis. Decisions need to be made on the go, so we are looking for you who are not afraid to make decision but self-aware enough to know when to pause, investigate, and ask. You have a certain amount of experience with logistics of pharmaceutical products, or with related areas. You are articulate and communicative, both orally and in writing, and your service minded attitude makes difficult circumstances a whole lot easier. You enjoy working in teams and are able to work solo, and you want to make a real difference in patients' lives.
