Transport Manager
As Transport Manager you will be responsible for transport procurement within the Husqvarna Group. The global transport team consists of five Transport Managers, who are located in Europe and the US. The team is responsible for transport strategy and ensures procurement and operation of all transport services within the Husqvarna Group.
You will be involved in the whole process from data collection to implementation. You will ensure, together with the rest of the team, the development of transport systems and its processes.
Preferably we are looking for someone who has at least Bachelors Degree in business or logistics and have at least 5 years hands-on experience in dealing with the transportation contracts, cooperation and negotiation with external transport providers.
As a person, you have the ability to translate strategic goals into operational action plans. You initiate and engage effectively with the ability to listen, understand and build trust at all levels. Your work is characterized by accuracy and objectivity. You speak English and Swedish fluently in speech and writing.
