The Client Coordination team at the warehousing and distribution (WND) department in Gothenburg consists of 6 motivated employees. Together we provide world class transport- and warehousing service to Maersk Logistics warehousing customers and to other departments within Maersk.
Maersk Logistics WND in Gothenburg serves a number of clients where Maersk operates warehousing and contracts carriers for outbound transport. The client co-ordination team plays an important role in being responsible for the quality and service level from inbound receipt to final delivery. Being part of an optimized flow of products through the warehouse and in the transport chain, it is essential to be creative and ambitious on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Working experience from office
Background from transport planning and/or working partly with WMS (e.g. Exceed)
is preferrable but not a requirement
Experience from import/export logistics
Abitlity to work in different IT systems
Good communication skills
Service minded and an excellent team player
Ability to multi-task
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Additional desirable skills:
Experience from customer service departments in same or other businesses
