Henkel now seeks a Transport and Warehouse Manager within the Adhesive Business sector for the Nordic region. The key purpose of the role is to own and focus locally on the transport & warehouse process to coordinate all involved parties ensuring the delivery of all goods (Customer, Intercompany, Replenishment).
Responsibilities
• Ensure alignment local transport and warehouse processes
• Coordination & ensuring availability of local carriers
• Coordination with local warehouses
• Coordination with Customer Service & Control Tower
• Communication with Local Supply Chain
• Check new / changed master data for transport planning
• Manage transport & warehouse complaints/ rush orders
• Review and propose improvements on transport planning
• Local transport & warehouse KPIs / reports
• Initiate and support projects to improve local warehouse processes and costs
• Reconciliation of deviations in warehouse invoicing with purchasing / finance
• SHE-Q requirements, local & country regulations of the warehouses fulfilled
• POP tracking and validation
Minimum Requirements
• 1-6 year(s) work experiences in logistics environment or related functions
• Communication capabilities with neighbouring functions and service providers
• Good understanding of the linkages between customer requirements & services, warehouses and transport activities and cost effects.
• High school diploma
• SAP, MS Office, LN , dangerous goods knowledge, ADR ,CMR conditions , Inco terms, SHE requirements warehouses
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral
