3GNS AB is looking for a highly capable and operational professional to be a member of the transmission team at our customer's.
The position
The Transmission Planning Engineer will work in a team to plan the optical fiber equipment in order to increase transmission capacity in a 3G network.
Requirements
• At least 5 years experience of transmission planning
• Technical university degree
• Very good knowledge of transmission network topology
• Good theoretical and practical experience of SDH
• Good theoretical and practical experience of ATM- and IP-transmission over microwave and optical equipment
• Experience of Enterprise
• Experience of 3G
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaboration skills
• Customer service orientation
• Planning skills
• Creative and solution oriented
• Ability to use standard IT tools effectively
