We are now looking for a Transmission Engineer (Second Line Maintenance) with deep experience within Nokia in order to manage the in-depth specified technical support at a Network Operation Centre.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Manage the in-depth Network Element technical support for the Microwave, Tellabs ATM and Marconi SDH or related equipment in the Network Operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
• Correct Microwave, Tellabs ATM and Marconi SDH equipment faults and performance degradations in the managed network
• Responsible to involve the development and implementation of operations and maintenance processes
• Responsible for co-operating with the technical support of 3rd party equipment
DELIVERABLES/PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Problems solved or escalated to the correct group/team
• Microwave, Tellabs ATM and Marconi SDH NE's downtimes decreased
• Microwave, Tellabs ATM and Marconi SDH NE quality in the network improved
• FLM works quality improvements

EXPERIENCE
• Experience in Microwave, Tellabs ATM and Marconi SDH equipment
