We believe that it is not the formal merits that is the most important factor to be a successful consultant. Off course, you will need a solid base of knowledge, from either light- or heavy-duty vehicles. But is as equally important to have the right attitude, to be curious, and to be flexible and driven.

JOB/SKILLS

We are looking for engineers who would like to work with this specific part of a car. Maybe you are even following the trends in transmission technologies. What do you think; is manual options still going to be the market-leader due to its driver engagement and fuel economy benefits? Or is the Chinese output going to help dual-clutch transmissions to take over as the preferred solutions as it becomes more cost competitive?

Depending on your personality, skill set, and ambitions, assignments could be in one of the following areas:

• Component design of housings, gears, bearings, drive shafts, couplings, clutches or rotor brakes etc.
• System engineering, taking part in leading the development of the future
• Validation and verification of components or complete solutions

The main tools at our clients are Catia V5 or CREO, supported by Teamcenter as the PDM-system.
