In the role as translation leader your mission is to improve quality, business efficiency and customer satisfaction in the area of translations. We are looking for someone to work proactively to ensure and enhance the translation quality in our aftermarket service and support documents.
For success in this role you have good communication abilities. You possess strong business and continuous improvement mindset and are able to prioritize your work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, always strive to be part of finding solutions. You have a strong ability to create smooth and lasting relations and networks with the people you work with. The work is conducted from a Volvo Group perspective, in cross-functional networks in close cooperation with a terminology leader and a language advisor.
Your main tasks will be:
Work proactively with translation suppliers to improve quality, delivery and cost
Lead and coordinate translation projects
Budget translation portfolio in cooperation with stakeholders
Follow up on translation deliveries and translation quality issues
Drive changes and development to optimize tools and way of working

We are looking for a person with these qualifications:
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Other language(s) is a merit
Strong drive and willingness to lead and take own initiatives
Experience in quality work, preferably within the translation business
University degree
Enjoys working in an automotive technology context
