We currently have the following job opening;
Translation and Management Support
In this position you will manage and secure technical translations between English and Chinese with high quality. You also have the responsibility to support the Architecture management team in coordinating meetings and to support in interpretations between Chinese and English.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Secure translation of documents between English and Chinese for the Architecture Department
- Coordinate and manage Architecture management meetings
- Sweden/China general interface work, such as:
• Interpretation, to support head of Architecture and management team in meeting with Chinese colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Travel to China to support head of R&D Architecture and management team
• Support with arrangements for Chinese visitors
- Arrange meetings/workshop between China and Sweden
Profile and background
We are looking for you that have extensive experience in translation and interpretation between English and Chinese. You have a good eye for details and know the Swedish and Chinese culture to be able to support with high quality.
We also believe that you are skilled in and enjoy coordinating meetings on management level and in arranging meetings/workshop between China and Sweden when required.
You easily communicate to people and enjoy working in teams, but also can work independently. We see it as an advantage if you have experience from automotive or other technical industry but it is not a demand.
