We are developing our business in Asia and Russia within marine and offshore technology and we urgently need a coordinator that has good communication skills in the English, Tagalog, Chinese and Russian languages to communicate with our customers in Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines and Russia. Processing project data in a timely manner and in accordance with project procedures and corporate standards. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing/ processing both incoming and outgoing transmittals, filing documents in the network library, updating spreadsheets, hard copy file maintenance, preparing/issuing squad checks and distribution transmittals.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
The coordinator must be able to converse and convey ideas, facts and issues clearly, accurately, coherently and professionally in both writing and talking to our customers. . Experience in writing and talking English, Tagalog, Cantonese, Russian. . Experience in engineering and vendor document management in the oil and gas industry. . Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel 2007. . Experience with, and comprehension of, transmittals and correspondence management. . Ability to accurately and succinctly convey detailed information to the document control team.
