Summary
We are seeking a Transition Manager to join our growing global connected services team. In this role, you will be the primary architect of the "friction-free" handoff - ensuring new Customers, Operators, and Vendors are seamlessly integrated into our daily operations.
Acting as the strategic bridge between Sales/Business Development and our Operational team, you will evaluate requirements - including systems, processes, and costs - to ensure long-term success by integrating new business into our framework in a sustainable and scalable manner.
You will play a critical role in safeguarding our "Ways of Working" while enabling the organization to onboard complex global IoT and Automotive customers with speed and precision.

Responsibilities
Service Validation & Scoping: Review proposed customer contracts and SLAs to identify inequalities between client requirements and current operational setup.
Implementation Orchestration: Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, acting as the primary lead for onboarding new accounts from contract signature to "Go-Live."
Operational Readiness (OAT): Verify that all systems, tools, integrations, and reporting structures are fully functional and stress-tested before a Customer or Vendor enters production.
Knowledge Architecture: Create and maintain high-quality architectural maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring Support teams have a "single source of truth."
Operational Advocacy: Act as the strategic "voice of Operations" in meetings to ensure focus on long-term stability and ease of support.
Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify delivery risks and technical debt early in the onboarding lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Support, Partner Managers and Service Delivery Managers (SDM) to ensure a unified approach to service stability

Knowledge and Skills
Technical Skills
IoT & Connectivity: Strong familiarity with IoT ecosystems (connectivity, platforms, or hardware) and Mobile Network Operations (MNO).
ITIL Proficiency: Solid understanding of the ITIL framework, with a specific focus on Service Transition and Service Operation.
Systems Literacy: Experience with service management platforms, API integration concepts, and reporting tools.

Soft Skills
Clear Communication: Ability to translate complex technical or operational constraints into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Identifying process gaps before they become service issues and suggesting corrective actions.
Balanced Persuasion: Ability to advocate for operational best practices while remaining open to business evolution and change.
Adaptive Team Player: Comfortable working as an individual contributor within a high-speed, global collaborative environment.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IoT Support, Project Coordination, Technical Account Management, or a related Service Transition role.
Project Execution: Proven track record of participating in or driving end-to-end implementation projects (Sales-to-Ops).
Domain Expertise: Experience working in telecom, connectivity (4G/5G), or IoT domains is highly preferred.
Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Certification: ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a plus, but the practical application of these principles is essential.
