Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to drive transformative work in Credit- and ESG risk management? This position gives you the opportunity to drive and influence the development of the banks processes and tools for managing Credit- and ESG risk.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Drive, execute, and facilitate the development of the bank's credit- and ESG processes as a key player on our team.
• Lead the development of tools, systems and procedures that keep pace with new credit regulations and/or improve risk management practices.
• Solve complex problems spanning the entire credit risk and ESG domain.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Group.
• Join a team of experts in credit regulations, ESG, and process development that drives transformational change.
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor 's or Master 's degree within finance, technical field, or equivalent.
• Experience from consulting roles, project management or equivalent.
• Experience from credit processes is meriting.
• Drive and willingness to learn and develop with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
