hela Sverige We are looking for a project manager to join the Transformation department at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. What you will do
In this role you will manage multiple change projects that enables the ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions division to meet its strategic ambitions.
You will facilitate planning sessions using agile methods and work with cross-functional teams across the organization. You will ensure that all parts of the project are scoped, organized, and progressing according to timelines and delivery dates.
You will combine long-term planning with operational tasks in an agile approach together with internal stakeholders and you work closely with both business areas as well as functional teams.
To succeed in this role you should have an agile mindset, as well as coaching and communication skills, and not being afraid of interacting with all levels of the company. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver results on deadlines is a key element of the position.
Responsibilities will include:
Facilitate project planning sessions using agile methods
Engaging with cross-functional internal stakeholders for execution of projects
Conducting status review meetings with team members
Resolve problems, implement change. Capture and implement learnings for future projects
Support the organization in scoping and defining the required deliveries, involving all relevant stakeholders
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope
Coach, support and mentor the organization in the transformation
Risk management to minimize project risks
Provide status update to management, report project outcomes and/or risks
We are looking for someone who has:
3-5 years of experience from a similar role in a complex and multinational environment is meritorious
Experience of using agile methods, driving complex projects, and stakeholder management is meritorious
Passion and engagement for driving change as well as a strong desire to develop professionally
Positive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on personality
Ability to multi-task on several ongoing projects
Can-do attitude and a proactive mindset
Excellent social, collaboration and communication skills to navigate in a matrix organization
High proficiency in English
Location
The position can be based in any location in Sweden, the Stockholm office is preferre. Some international travel is, however, required from time to time (11-30%).
