• You have 5 years of experience in business steering or finance related field
• You are very skilled in Excel
• You have experience working cross functionally
• You have worked in Retail before (Preferred)
• You have experience working in Customer Support (Preferred)
• You have financial planning experience (Preferred)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of this role is TOGETHER AS A TEAM Create enhance customer value, good growth and optimize long term business performance for IKEA Retail, by enabling better business decisions, securing efficiency and leading in accordance with financial and business strategies. This includes securing (financial) business performance, a safe and secure environment in compliance with laws, policies and standards and process.
About the assignment:
• You take an active role to develop business and people together, with the retail customer in mind. You secure learning in the business and encourage entrepreneurial behavior exploring in the Retail multichannel environment of today and for the future.
• You are responsible for the financial business planning process of the Customer Support Centers, ensuring that the financial plan is aligned to the Demand & Capacity plan, the BPL priorities and the INGKA Financial strategy and goals.
• You act as the main support of the Customer Support Centers in the business planning & goal process.
• You are the main support in performance management.
• You project and make follow up of the long-term financial development goals. You do this by connecting the objectives of the IKEA Direction and identified retail business opportunities in the markets and the impact on the profit and loss.
• You prepare the business performance follow-up and forecasting process.

This role will be part of the Customer Support transformation team. The contract is full time, temporary until August 2021, location is Malmö but due to the COVID19-pandemic, this is flexible and there is no need to relocate.
